1 bj telur
1 genggam (rendam 1/2 cwn air panas) ikan bilis
1/2 bj (hiris) bwg besar
2 ulas (ketuk) bwg putih
1 bj (belah dua,buang biji) lada besar
1 sudu besar sos tiram
Secubit garam, gula

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bwg besar, bwg putih, lada besar hingga naik bau.
