Recipe for "Oatmeal Pancake"


Tips

Oats is a soluble fiber that can helps in reducing bad cholesterol in blood.
Eating about 1 cup of oats daily can reduce risk of high cholesterol level and diabetes.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
Egg 1 nos
Vegetable Oli, Recommended:olive Oil 1 tbsp
Water 2/3 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Dry Ingredients
Oatmeal [Instant/cook] 1/2 cup
Flour 1 cup
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 tablespoon

Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients

Mix all wet ingredients

Combine dry and wet ingredients together

Stir fairly until all ingredients combined

Scoop out about 2 tablespoon on hot pan and make a circle spin
