Semi Dried Fig | 150g |
Roselle | 100g |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Evoo) | 1 tablespoon |
Lemon Juice | 1 whole lemon |
Pure Honey | 5 tablespoon |
Water | 1 liter |
Soak figs for 1hour. Then boil the figs and roselle until soft with 1ltr of water.
Once the figs and roselle are soft let them cool.
Once the fruits are cool add them in food processor with lemon juice, honey and evoo. Blend until smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth and silky, you can store them in a jar and keep in a fridge.
