Jika tak suka seafood boleh tukar kpd ayam atau daging. Setelah masak boleh la letak lada hitam , mayonis dan cili sos jika suka.

1 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 cawan isi udang (dipotong kecil)
1/4 cawan sotong (dipotong kecil)
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
1 biji telur
Secubit serbuk penaik
Secubit garam
