4 batang serai (diketuk)
3 helai daun kunyit
2 cawan santan pekat
2 biji ubi kentang (potong 4)
Bahan Kisar
15 tangkai cili kering
8 tangkai cili api
10 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inchi halia
1 inchi kunyit hidup
