500 gram ayam (potong kiub kecil)
10 biji bawang merah (kisar)
1 labu bawang putih (kisar)
2 inci halia (kisar)
2 inci kunyit hidup (kisar)
2 batang serai (kisar)
1/2 cawan cili kisar
2 kotak kecil santan
1 batang serai (dimayang)
3 sb kerisik
3 helai daun kunyit (dimayang)
Secukup rasa garam

Panaskan minyak. Tumis bahan kisar & cili kisar sampai pecah minyak.
