Recipe for "Oblong Patties Sandwich"


Tips

Please add cili padi in the salad if you prefer the sandwich to be spicy

Ingredients

Oblong Beef Patties 2 pcs
Wholemeal Square Bread 4 pcs
Cabbage 100g
Tomato 1 pcs
Thousand Island Sauce 1/2 cup
Blackpepper 2 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Onion 1pcs

Instructions

Grill oblong beef patties on a pan with butter until brown.

Slice cabbage, onion and tomato. In a bowl, mix veggies with thousand island sauce and blackpepper.

Prepare the wholemeal bread, layer it with veggies, then the oblong patties.

Sandwich is ready. Serve with extra veggies.
