Tips

Boil the broccoli and cauliflower until half cook to save the cooking time.

Vegetarian Fish 2 pieces
Broccoli 1 medium size
Cauliflower 1 medium size
Carrot 1 medium size
Oyster Sauce To taste
Salt To taste

Instructions

Stir fried the vegetarian fish.Add the broccoli,cauliflower and carrot.
