Chicken Fillet-Diced | 200 g |
Yellow Onions | 2 medium size |
Dried Chili Flakes | As you prefer |
Chicken Powder | To taste |
Salt | To taste |
Sugar | To taste |
White Pepper | To taste |
Corn Starch | To coat |
Marinated the chicken with chicken powder, white pepper and corn starch.
Deep fried and set aside.
Saute the onion then turn off the heat, add dried chili flakes.
Add sugar and salt to taste.
Stir quickly until the sugar and salt is completely dissolved while the frying pan is still hot.
