Recipe for "Spicy Bread Lasagna"


Tips

1. Use cili padi to satisfy our tekak melayu

2. You can add tomatoes, capsicum if you want to cause it will be moreeeeeeee delicious

Ingredients

Bolognese Sauce
Minced Beef (I Used Ramly Minced Beef) 500 grams
Chopped Onion 3 noss
Button Mushroom (I Used Canned Mushroom) 1 can ( slice )
Tomato Puree 1 small can
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Chilli Sauce 1/3 cup
Salt 2tsp
Cili Padi (Based On Preferences) 100 grams
Cheese Sauce
Slice Cheddar Cheese 6 slice
Full Cream Milk 700ml
Pepper Tsp
Salt Tsp
Layers
White Bread (I Used Gardenia) 1-2 large pack
Full Cream Milk 500ml
Egg 1-2 noss

Instructions

Heat the pan with a little bit of cooking oil. You can use either coconut oil/olive oil

Saute the chopped onion until it sweats and naik bau. Puth the minced beef

Wait till the beef has dry out and put the sliced mushroom and cili padi. Stir

Combine tomato puree, ketchup and chilli sauce, stir with the beef and put 4tbs of milk (if needed). Taste, and add more seasoning if needed

Let it cook till the beef is tender. Done

Cheese sauce

1

Simmer the milk and cheese till the cheese melt

Put 2 tbs of corn starch, stir.

Season

Assembling the lasagna

Dip the bread in the bowl of milk and egg, arrange in the loyang, every inch of the loyang. Dont let a empty holes seen to avoid the sauce dripping

Spread the cheese sauce, chopped cili padi and bolognese sauce. Cover with another later of bread

Repeat till you think its done. Make sure the sauce is on top. You can put some mozarella cheese if you want to

Bake at 180 degree celcius for 20-25mins. Done ! Enjoy the deliciousness
