2 biji telur ayam
1/2 cawan low fat milk
Sedikit lada sulah
Mashed Avocado
1 biji avocado
2 sudu besar jus lemon
Secubit garam
Bahan Lain
2 keping wholemeal bread
Serbuk lada hitam
Sedikit minyak masak

Belah buah avocado kepada dua. Keluarkan isi menggunakan sudu dan letakkan dalam mangkuk.
