Recipe for "Simple Oven-Baked Chicken."


Tips

Add 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary for a hint of fragrant flavor!

Or you can marinate the chicken in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (or more) for Asian flavor!

Ingredients

Chicken Leg Quarters 2 pcs
Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
Paprika Powder 1 tablespoon
Seasoning Salt 1 teaspoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F

Line a sheet pan with foil or you can spray the pan with butter

Brush the chicken with soy sauce.

Sprinkle some garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt, and brown sugar and use as much as you want and rub into the chicken.

Next marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins.

Place on middle rack and bake for 40-50 mins.

Let stand for 5 mins before serving.
