Recipe for "Minions Shepherd Pie"


Tips

Use colorful muffin cups to make it presentable.

Ingredients

Minced Beef 240 gram
Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Corn, Peas) 1 cup
Onion (Medium Size, Diced) 1 nos
Soy Sauce 2 teaspoon
Large Potato (Peeled) 1 1/2 nos
Cheddar Cheese 2 slices
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Blackpepper 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

Place peeled potatoes in medium size pot covered with water.

Add pinch of salt.

Bring to boil until the potatoes are tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, saute minced beef with oil in pan.

Add onion and mixed vegetables.

Season with soy sauce and pinch of salt.

Cook until the broth dry a little.

When the potatoes are cooked, mashed finely with a masher and season with black pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 180 C.

Place the cooked beef in muffin cups and top with mashed potato.

Shred sliced cheese on mashed potato.

Put in preheat oven until the cheese is melting and the mashed potato turns brown.

Serve hot.
