Ingredients

Steamed Salted Egg York-Mashed 2 whole egg york
Curry Leaves Few stalks
Cili Padi Few
Butter A knob
Cornstarch To coat
White Pepper To coat
Chicken Powder To coat & to taste
Sugar To taste

Instructions

Marinated the chicken fillet with chicken powder,white pepper and corn starch.

Deep fried then set aside.

Heat up the pan,add butter.

When butter is melted add curry leaf and mashed salted egg york.

Keep stir until get bubbles add cili padi and chicken.

Add sugar and chicken powder to taste.
