Pakai air rebusan ayam utk rasa yg lagi perghh!

Ingredients

1 mangkuk kecik isi ayam potong kiub (rebus sekejap)
7 helai daun limau
5 bj cili padi potong dua
1 btg serai
Mengikut kemahuan bunga kobis, carrot, jagung muda
1/2 bj bwg besar hiris
3 ulas bwg putih ketuk
2 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar ciliboh
Secukupnya air rebusan ayam
Secukup rasa garam dan gula

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bwg putih dan serai hingga wangi.

Masukkan cili boh. Kacau sampai pecah minyak. Pastu masukkan segala sos2. Kacau lagi.
