Recipe for "Almond Crunchy Krupkrap"


Tips

Use baking paper, not parchment paper. Ask bakery store assistant for guidance.

Ingredients

Almond Slices 300 gram
Melon Seeds (Kuaci Putih) 100 gram
Pumpkin Seeds (Kuaci Hijau) 100gram
Sunflower Seeds 120 gram
Florentine Flour 500 gram
Black Sesame (Bijan Hitam) 20 gram (approximately)

Instructions

Bake the seeds/nuts in oven to make it crunchy in around 10 seconds. Watch carefully. Temp around 160-180 •c

Pour 450 g florentine flour in the bowl with the nuts/seeds. Mix well.

Place a baking paper in the tray and make a border around the tray using leftover florentine flour

Scoop around 8-9 spoons of mixture onto the baking paper and spread thinly ( depends on the size of tray used)

Spread thinly and bake in an oven for 5-10 minutes with 180•c . (Easily burned)

Take the baking paper out and cut it using pizza cutter or knife. Depends on size and shape you want. Do this while it's still hot. Immediately.
