1 inci kunyit hidup
1 inci halia

1 sudu besar jintan putih
3 sudu besar lada kering
3 batang serai dititik
2 sudu besar kerisek
2 mangkuk santan pekat
3 helai daun kunyit dihiris halus
Sedikit air asam jawa
1 kg daging batang pinang
Secukup rasa garam, gula, ajinomoto
