Recipe for "Seafood Aglio Olio Instant Noodle (Aglio Olio Makanan Laut Mi Segera)"


Tips

1. Use boiled water to blanch the noodles.

2. Thinly slice the garlic for better texture and shorten the cooking time.

3. Dry the seafood before cooking.

Ingredients

Instant Noodle (Maggi) 1 packet
Squids 2 medium sized
Garlic 4-6 cloves
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Hot Water 1 bowl

Instructions

Clean and cut the squids into desire shape.
Thinly slice the garlic. Blanch the instant noodles in hot water for around 1-2 minutes

Heat up a pan with some olive oil and fry the squid until half cook.

Set aside the squids and fry the garlic with some olive oil until golden crispy. Add in the squids and instant noodles.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
