Recipe for "Roasted Apple"


Tips

Additional of cashew nut make it a perfect appetizer. It is necessary to remove a round slice of each apple skin to avoid our apple explode due to high pressure in oven.

Ingredients

Green Apples 6 whole
Butter-Cooled 75 g
Cinnamon 6 sticks
Pistachio Nuts 100 g
Brown Sugar 3 tbsp
Rasisin 100 g
Sugar Syrup (1:3 Ratio Sugar Water) 200 ml

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 calcius.

Remove the apple core by creating a hole in the center of apple. Put it on a suitable pan. (I used muffin pan)

Divide the butter into six parts and place into each apples hole and place the cinammon stick as well.

Scatter the nuts, sugar and raisins over the apples.

Pour the syrups onto the apples and bake for 30 minutes until tender not till mushy.
