Green Apples | 6 whole |
Butter-Cooled | 75 g |
Cinnamon | 6 sticks |
Pistachio Nuts | 100 g |
Brown Sugar | 3 tbsp |
Rasisin | 100 g |
Sugar Syrup (1:3 Ratio Sugar Water) | 200 ml |
Preheat the oven to 175 calcius.
Remove the apple core by creating a hole in the center of apple. Put it on a suitable pan. (I used muffin pan)
Divide the butter into six parts and place into each apples hole and place the cinammon stick as well.
Scatter the nuts, sugar and raisins over the apples.
Pour the syrups onto the apples and bake for 30 minutes until tender not till mushy.
