Recipe for "Vege Egg Toast"


Tips

1. Use varieties of vegetables

2. Use non stick pan so that you don't have to put much oil.

Ingredients

Cabbage, Thinly Sliced 1 handful
Carrot, Thinly Sliced 1/2 handful
Onion, Chopped 1/4 small whole
Egg 1 whole
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
Margerine 1/2 tsp
Wholemeal Bread 2 slices
Chili Sauce/any Sauces 1 tbsp

Instructions

Saute onion, cabbage and onion with some oil and season with salt and pepper. Saute until the veges soft.

Meanwhile, crack and whisk an egg with a dash of salt and pepper.

Put the sauteed veges in the egg and mix well. Heat up a non stick pan with some oil and fry the egg in square shape.

Put aside the fried egg. Spread some margerine on both bread and heat up in the non stick pan spread side down.

Put one toast in the pan and put the egg and put some sauce and then top with another toast. Press the toast until they become thinner.

Flip to get even crunch and ready to serve.
