6 ketul ayam (rebus jap)
1 cawan air rebusan ayam
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar lada hitam (tumbuk)
1 bj bwg besar (hiris kasar)
2 ulas bwg putih (cincang)
1 inci halia (hiris)
Scukunya garam dan gula
