Blend fresh milk, egg, castor sugar and vanilla essence until all are mixed up perfectly.
Next, pour all the blended ingredients onto the bread that has been arranged in any shape of your mold.
Bake the bread in the oven for about 25-30 minutes in 160C.
Prepare the castard sauce. Mix all the ingredients and heat it up in medium heat and stir with whisk continuosly.
After the bread pudding was done, pour all the castard sauce onto the bread pudding and ready to serve. You may also keep it in fridge for a while.
