Recipe for "Pan Cake"


Tips

Make sure all the ingredients is room temperature.

Ingredients

Cake Flour 100 g
Sugar 3 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt A small pinch
Egg 1 grade a
Milk 100 ml
Oil 1 tbsp
Topping
Butter As much as you like
Honey As much as you like
Chocolate Syrup As much as you like

Instructions

Wisk all the ingredients until smooth but don't get bubbles.

Brush little oil on non sticky pan surface and pour the mixture.

Cook until you see it already dried.

Flip to another side and cook for about 10 seconds.

Repreat the same process until the mixture finished.

Decorate with topping of your choivce and served!
