Recipe for "No Knead Homemade Pizza"


Tips

Dough and topping can be made early hand and keep it chill.

Ingredients

All-Purpose Flour 3 1/2 cup
Instant Yeast 20 g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Granulated Sugar 1 tablespoon
Eggs 2 large nos
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Melted Margarine (At Room Temperature) 2 tablespoon
Pizza Topping
Chicken Breast (Cube) 150 g
Button Mushroom (Finely Chopped) 1/2 cup
Pepperoni/sausage 1/2 cup
Holland Onion (Diced) 1 /2 cup
Tomato Paste 1 can
Chicken Stock 1 cube
Flavourings 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella Cheese Several slices
Parmesan Cheese (Grated) 2 tablespoon

Instructions

In large bowl,combine all-purpose flour,instant yeast,granulated sugar and salt.

Make a well at the center of the bowl, beat well eggs,melted margarine and vanilla extract until combine.

Form a large bowl and cover with warm kitchen towel to double the dough volume for 2 hours.

After the dough has risen, keep the dough in chiller overnight for gluten to form.

In heated pan, stir-fry chicken breast, pepperoni and mushroom until flavored with flavorings, chicken stock, tomato paste and onion.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
