Eggs | 2 cup |
All Purpose Flour | 2 cups |
Milk | 1 3/4 cups |
Vegetable Oil | 1/2 cup |
White Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
Baking Powder | 4 teaspoons |
Salt | 1/4 teaspoon |
Vanilla Extract | 1/3 teaspoon |
Beat the eggs till fluffy.
On lazy days I just use a fork to mix the yolk with the egg white, delicious both ways!
Mix in the remaining ingredients and beat until batter is smooth.
Drop around a quarter cup of batter in a pre-heated waffle iron.
Enjoy! (Maybe drizzle some chocolate syrup, some chocolate chips, kaya tastes good too!)
P/S: If you are like me and enjoy fresh waffles, the batter keeps up to a week!
