Superfine Flour | 2 3/4 cups |
Baking Powder | 2 1/2 teaspoon |

Pure Butter | 200g |
Brown Sugar | 1 3/4 cups |
Large Eggs | 4 |
Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon |
Chocolate Chips | 1 & half cups |
Nuts (Walnuts/hazelnuts /cashews /almonds) (Optional) | 1/4 cup |
Dried Cranberries (Optional) | 3 teaspoons |
Chocolate Chips | 1/4 cups |
Pumpkin Seeds (Optional) | 4 tablespoons |
Whisk brown sugar and butter vigorously
Add in eggs one by one and whisk it in the butter and sugar mixture
Pour the vanilla extract in the batter and continue whisking
Add flour in the batter and fold it using spatula (left some flour to coat the chocolate chips)
Add in the chocolate chips and fold them well
Spread the batter into a tray (10 inch X 10 inch). Spread the nuts, cranberries, chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds on the batter.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, 170 degree Celsius
