Kalau tidak ada lemon,boleh gantikan dengan perahan jus limau nipis.

Ingredients

1 tin ikan sardin - buang tulang ikan
2 tangkai cili padi - dipotong 2
1 ulas bawang putih - diketuk
2 sudu besar perahan jus lemon
Secukup rasa garam
2 sudu besar sos tomato
1 labu bawang besar - hiris
Secukupnya minyak masak
5 sudu besar air

Panaskan minyak,tumiskan bawang besar,bawang putih,cili pada sehingga naik bau.
