Sayur masak kejap je. Baru nampak fresh dan tak layu..yang penting daging mesti empuk sempurna..

Ingredients

1 cawan daging lembu (hiris nipis)
2 cawan kobis,sawi,carrot (potong cantik2)
1 bj sup bunjut
5 bj cili padi
2 bj bwg merah (hiris)
2 bj bwg putih (ketuk)
1 inci halia (hiris)

Rebus daging bersama sup bunjut sehingga empuk. Biarkan diatas dapur. Boleh tanbah air jika daging masih belum empuk.Ketepikan
