Recipe for "Pizza"


Tips

Can freeze the crust for later use

Ingredients

Unbleached High Protein Flour 4 cups
Instant Yeast 2 1/4 tsp
Warm Water 1/2 cup
Room Temperature Water 1 1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbs
Salt 1/4 tsp
Marinara Sauce 3/4 cup
Mozarella 1 cup
Mix Veggies 1/2 cup
Beef Pepperoni 20 pieces

Instructions

Mix yeast into warm water.

Mix flour with salt.

Add in the yeast mix,water & olive oil. Knead until elastic about 20 minutes.

Divide dough into 2 for regular crust or 3 for New York or Thin Crust.

Rub with some olive oil & put in individual plastic bag for freezing.

For right away use: Oil the pizza pan. Spread the dough accordingly. Brush with EVOO n bake at preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10 minutes.

Take out, spread with marinara sauce, mozarella & top with favourite topping.

Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese turned into golden brown.
