Recipe for "Brunch For Diet"


Tips

Use lemon to make it more juicy and to make it taste much crumptious

Ingredients

Chicken Sausage 3 unit
Broccolli 1 unit
Cherry Tomatoes 5 unit
Mayonaisse 3 eating spoon
Black Pepper 1 tea spoon

Instructions

Wash the broccolli & cherry tomatoes & dry up the water.

Take a grill pan or frying pan. Heat up the pan. When the pan is already warm, make sure u turn the fire into the very slow mode.

Slice the broccolli according to the size that u want. Then put all the broccolli into the grill pan.

Put all the cherry tomatoes into the grill pan too. Together with brocolli.

Slice the chicken sausages into a very thin size. Then put it all into the grill pan.

After 5 minute and the brocolli has change color, take it out from the grill pan and put it on serving plate.

Don't forget to take out the cherry tomatoes too and put in the same plate with the brocolli.

After 10 minutes, take out the sausage and put it all in the same plate with the veges just now.

Now sprinkle some black pepper all over the dishes as much as u like it. Then serve the dish with some mayonaisse. And some lemon juice if u want.
