1 cawan cili giling
10 ulas bawang putih
2 inch halia - kisar halus
2 inch lengkuas - kisar halus
1/2 cawan kerisik
1 cawan minyak
2 cawan kicap lemak manis cap udang
Secukupnya gula dan garam
3 tangkai daun kari
4 biji buah pelaga
2 biji bunga lawang
2 batang kayu manis
