Recipe for "Green Tea Mug Cake"


Tips

This cake is light and fluffy and mildly sweet, letting the matcha flavor really shine through. If you prefer, you can add more sugar, but I prefer my green tea desserts to have a strong tea flavor.

Ingredients

All Purpose Flour 4 tbsp
Matcha Green Tea Powder 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Vegetables Oil 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

Add all ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug.

Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth and uniform in color.

Microwave for 1 minute.

Let cake cool for a few minutes and then eat.
