Kena kacau tanpa henti ye supaya tak berketul dan hangit

Ingredients

3 biji telur yg besar (dikocok)
250 gm gula halus (100g untuk buat caramel n sedikit air panas)
350 ml santan pekat
2/3 helai daun pandan disimpul

Instructions

Cairkan 100g gula untuk dijadikan karamel hingga perang, perlahan2 tuang sedikit air panas untuk larutkan karamel.

Bole bubuh pewarna sikit jika suka. Panas2 tuang kedlm bekas n sejukkan. Simpan dlm fridge.
