Recipe for "Moroccan Spiced Tangy Dressing"

to get enrich taste, replace yogurt with sour cream

Ingredients

Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
Nonfat Plain Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Honey 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ground Cumin 1/4 teaspoon *grind
Ground Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon *grated
Ground Ginger 1/4 teaspoon *grated
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
Some Chili Flakes To taste

Instructions

Combine lemon juice, yogurt, honey, cumin, cinnamon and ginger in a small bowl until blended.

Slowly whisk in oil so that the dressing becomes smooth and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper

Sprinkle with chili flakes if you love heat and serve with hot prata bread or can be marinated sauce for grill fish.
