Dry Ingredients | |
Butterscotch Bread (Cut In Half) | 8 slices |
Golden Raisins | 1 tbsp |
Choc Chip | 1 tbsp |
Cold Butter (Cubed) | 20 g |
Wet Ingredients | |
Full Cream Milk | 2 cups |
Egg (C Size) | 2 |
Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Garnish | |
Milo | 1/2 cup |
Preheat the oven to 175c
DRY INGREDIENTS
Cut the bread into any size you like, put in the oven proof container
Mix in the raisins and the choc chip
Put the cold cubed butter in every angle (on top of the bread)
WET INGREDIENTS
Whisk milk, egg & sugar until sugar dissolved
ASSEMBLING
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. let it set for about 5 mins
Bake the bread pudding for about 35 - 40 mins.
Garnish with milo and serve with vanilla ice cream
