Recipe for "Frozen Meatballs"


Tips

use freshly ground black pepper, it'll taste even better

add chili flakes of you wanna give it some kick

Ingredients

Minced Beef 500g
Egg (A Size) 1
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Onion (Diced) 1
Garlic (Finely Chopped) 2 cloves
Italian Seasoning 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper To taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

Mix all ingredient in a clean bowl.

Use spoon/ice cream scoop to mould the meatballs according to your desire size.

Arrange the meatballs in a tray, once everything is done freeze them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours

Once frozen, keep the meatballs in a ziplock bag for future use.
