Minced Beef | 500g |
Egg (A Size) | 1 |
Breadcrumbs | 1/2 cup |
Onion (Diced) | 1 |
Garlic (Finely Chopped) | 2 cloves |
Italian Seasoning | 2 tbsp |
Salt & Pepper | To taste |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 2 tbsp |
Mix all ingredient in a clean bowl.
Use spoon/ice cream scoop to mould the meatballs according to your desire size.
Arrange the meatballs in a tray, once everything is done freeze them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours
Once frozen, keep the meatballs in a ziplock bag for future use.
