|Canned Nectarine / Peaches||400 - 500g|
|Icing Sugar||200 - 300g|
|Vanilla Extract||1 teaspoon|
Inside a small pot, caramelized icing sugar until its become thicken.
Remove can lid, toss all excessive liquid. Put all the nectarine / peaches inside the pot.
Add cinnamon stick and vanilla extract. Let it simmer until furit become tender.
Once tender, remove from the heat. Let it rest. Ready to be use as pie filling or pastries filling
