Ingredients

Tilapia Fish 1 whole
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh Tomatoes, 2 diced
Red Bell Pepper 1 diced
Onion 2 diced
Ginger, Slice Thinly 2inch
Lemongrass, Cleaned And Smacked It 1 stalk
Tomato Puree 4 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar & Salt Dash of

Instructions

Oil for deep frying coat the fish with turmeric and salt.

Once the oil is hot add the fish in. Cook through until the fish turn crispy. Transfer into the plate

Use the oil from the frying fish earlier but only quarter of it. When the oil is hot add in the onions, lemongrass and ginger.

Stir until it brings out the fragrant. Slowly add in the tomato puree, oyster,chili powder and chili sauce.

Give it a good stir until it well combined. And the flavors mix together. Add in the diced tomato and bell pepper together with sugar and salt
