Sambal kicap ni Xpayah dimasak, tapi klu rasa korng x confident nk mkn mntah2(mcm sushi plk.. ble) boleh tengek atas api sampi didih dh sejuk ble simpan dlm bekas kedap/tapawe... boleh tahan lama,lg thn lama klu smpan dlm fridge...

Ingredients

Cili Padi/pipit/kampung Atau Adik Bradik Yg Seangkatan Dgnnye Segengam/2
Bawang Putih 4 biji yg beso sikit yek
Kicap Ikut kepekatan yg disukai..
Gula 4 sudu beso
Asam Jawa (Extrak Adabi Je Sng) Stgh sudu kecik
Perasa/pak Ajixmoto Ikut suke nak letak ke x

Instructions

Tumbuk Lada cili dgn bwng putih.. jgn hncur sgt... blend pn boleh tp xsedap nnti(klu blend buh kicap skali,jgn buh air plk nnti cair)...

Dah lumat buh dlm bekas kedap(ble trs simpan nnti), buh gule, kicap, asam jawa n perasa(optional). kodak smpi gula cair... rasa klu ok dh ble mkn..
