Recipe for "Baked Chicken"


Tips

"Slow cook" the chicken to maximize its tenderness and not to bake it until dry but leave some moist or greasy effect to instill its juiciness. Do not add any oil, the natural oil from the chicken will moisten its meat. You can add in some sliced tomatoes and lemons according to your preference.

Ingredients

Chicken Thigh 3
Onion 2 peels
Carrot Half
Turmeric Powder 3 pinches
Salt 3 pinches
Coarse Black Pepper 3 pinches
Butter To taste

Instructions

Clean the thigh chicken. Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, salt and coarse black pepper in the baking tray.

Slice the onions and add in those with the chicken in the baking tray.

Cut the carrot into coins or half coins and add in those with the chicken in the baking tray.

Bake the chicken for 10 minutes, add in some butter to taste. Continue to bake for another 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
