Recipe for "Aglio Oglio Spaghetti"

Ingredients

Garlic Sauce
15 Fresh Water Prawn/ Chicken/ Beef Bacon 100-200 gram
Garlic 6 cloves
Olive Oil 4 table spoon
Hot Water ( Taken From The Pasta) 3 tablespoon
6 Button Mushroom Finely sliced
Chilli Flakes A generous amount
Parsley A generous amount
Fresh Coriander (Optional) 3 leaves
Fresh Bay Leaves 3 leaves
Parmesan Cheese Generous amount
1 Chicken Cube 1 cube
Birds Eye Chilli 2 pieces
Pasta
Sea Salt A pinch
Spaghetti/ Fettuchini/ Vermicelli Half or a 3/4 packet

Instructions

Garlic sauce

Clean the prawn. remove half of the shell.

Finely chop your garlics

In a non stick pan, heat up 3 table spoon of olive oil n add in garlics to make your garlic sauce. then put in your button mushrooms to add in flavor

Put in your prawn n cook until slightly orange for 3 mins. (not too long because the meat will harden)

Your garlic sauce is done. turn off the stove.

Pasta

In another pan, boil water, add in some olive oil (1 tablespoon) and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.

Boil your pasta for 10 minutes until 'al-dente'. just nice. not overcooked.

Remove your pasta into a large bowl.add in 3 tablespoon of the hot water, chicken cube. your prawn with garlic sauce and mushroom

Add in some chilli flakes , chilli and all your herbs. mix everything well. finally spread a good amount of parmesan cheese.

Transfer into your serving bowl and enjoy!
