Recipe for "Spaghetti Aglio E Olio"


Tips

1. Don't forget to stir the boiling pasta every 5 mins to avoid the pasta from sticking.
2. Careful while cutting.

Ingredients

Olive Oil 5 tbsp
Chicken Breast ( Chopped Into Finger Size ) 4 pieces
Shallots ( Sliced ) 10
Chili Peppers 4
Salt & Coarse Black Pepper 2 tbs
Eggs 4

Instructions

Fill a large pot with water and place over high heat. When the water begin to boil place pasta and add salt to taste.

Firstly, heat a large pan and pour in olive oil when it is heated, saute the shallots.

Then, add in chicken,Chilli peppers, salt & coarse black pepper and eggs into the large pan.

Lastly, drain the pasta and place it into the large pan. Mixed thoroughly .
