Prepare the pasta earlier by following instruction given.Put in the butter and flour into the the pot and cook it until both ingredients form a clump.
Pour in 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of stock. Stir it well to prevent lump.
Season it with salt and pepper. Stir until it bubble up.
Add more liquid if you prefer it not too thick.
