Recipe for "Homemade Mushroom Soup"


Tips

You may keep this soup in the fridge for couple days.
Just reheat before serve.

Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 box
Butter A knob
Garlic 2 cloves
Yellow Onion 1 medium size
Chicken Stock To taste
Cracker Black Pepper A pinch
Salt To taste

Instructions

Heat up the fry pan,add butter.
When butter is melt,add the minced garlic and chopped onion.

Add mushroom and let it saute.

Add the water and the chicken stock.
Bring to boil.

Pour into blender and blend it very well.

Pour back into pan and bring to boil.
Add salt and black pepper.
