Mushrooms | 1 box |
Butter | A knob |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Yellow Onion | 1 medium size |
Chicken Stock | To taste |
Cracker Black Pepper | A pinch |
Salt | To taste |
Heat up the fry pan,add butter.
When butter is melt,add the minced garlic and chopped onion.
Add mushroom and let it saute.
Add the water and the chicken stock.
Bring to boil.
Pour into blender and blend it very well.
Pour back into pan and bring to boil.
Add salt and black pepper.
