Homemade is the best! You can adjust the ingredients as you like such as add more mushrooms ;) The soup is more creamier and tasty.

Tips

You may keep this soup in the fridge for couple days.
Just reheat before serve.

Ingredients

1 box mushrooms
A knob butter
2 cloves garlic
1 medium size yellow onion
To taste chicken stock
A pinch cracker black pepper
To taste salt

Instructions

Heat up the fry pan,add butter.
When butter is melt,add the minced garlic and chopped onion.

Add the water and the chicken stock.
Bring to boil.

Pour into blender and blend it very well.
