Juice Lemon | Of 1/2 lemon |

Chili Flakes | To taste |
Whole Grain Bread, Toasted | 2 slices |
Cut the avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and sea salt, to taste. Mash the ingredients together with a fork, keeping the texture slightly chunky.
Spread half the mash onto each piece of toast and garnish with some red pepper flakes and ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
