1 ripe | avocado |
Of 1/2 lemon | juice lemon |
Pinch | salt |
To taste | black pepper |
To taste | chili flakes |
2 slices | whole grain bread, toasted |
Cut the avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and sea salt, to taste. Mash the ingredients together with a fork, keeping the texture slightly chunky.

Spread half the mash onto each piece of toast and garnish with some red pepper flakes and ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
