Leperkan roti dahulu sebelum celup ke salam telur supaya roti tidal berminyak.

1 tin kecil sardin
1 sudu besar cili kisar
4 keping roti
1 biji size a telur
Sedikit minyak

Masak sardin dulu, tumiskan cili kisar sehingga naik bau.
