Tomato Sauce | |
Ketchup | 1 cup |
Water | A bit |
White Vinegar | 1/4 cup |
Garlic-Minced | 2 cloves |
Onion-Sliced | 1 medium size |
Sugar | To taste |
Chicken Powder | To taste |
How to make the chicken patties
Marinate the minced meat with ingredients * for at least 30 minutes.
Shaped the minced meat into your preferred shape.
Coated some plain flour and deep fried it until cooked.
How to make the tomato sauce
Saute the minced garlic and sliced onion.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Bring to boil and cook on low heat for few minutes.
Pour the sauce on top of the patties and it's ready to served with plain rice.
