Recipe for "Jap Chae "


Tips

You need to soak the Korea Vermicelli before cook.

Ingredients

Korea Vermicelli 1/2 pack
Beef-Sliced 300 g
Carrot-Sliced* 1 medium size
Omelette-Sliced 2 eggs
Onion-Sliced 1 medium size
Spinach-Cut Into Medium Length* A bundle
Mushroom-Sliced* 2 pieces
Cabbages-Sliced* 1/4
Garlic-Grated & Minced 4 cloves
Toasted White Sesame Seed A dash
Korea Soy Sauce To taste
Sesame Oil A dash
Salt To taste

Instructions

Soaked and boiled the Korea Vermicelli.Set aside.

Marinated the beef with Korea soy sauce,salt and grated garlic.
Stir fried with some sesame oil.Set aside.

Boiled the ingredients * with some oil and salt.
Sliced then set aside.

Heat up the fry pan,saute the minced garlic,onions and Korea Vermicelli.
Add the soy sauce and salt to taste.

Turn off the heat,mixed the rest ingredients and sprinkled some toasted sesame seed and it is ready to served.
